Bill Goralski, Managing Partner

Bill brings extensive global industrial product design experience to DeNovo. A graduate of Cranbrook Academy of Art and Carnegie Mellon University, he also served as Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Notre Dame. His career spans corporate, consulting, and start-up arenas across consumer goods, telecommunications, consumer electronics, and contract furniture.

At DeNovo, he leads conceptual design and spatial planning and drives project management on every renovation, with a focus on material selection, logical spatial flow, and the overall living environment.

Barbara Culic, Managing Partner

Barbara brings expertise in luxury residential construction, premium client experience, and the selection and coordination of residential furnishings. Prior to Florida, she gained experience in upscale renovations and new construction. Her career includes senior leadership roles in luxury retail, high-end furnishings, and residential project coordination.

She brings a refined eye for design, spatial relationships, material quality, and elevated detailing that enhances both form and function. At DeNovo, she collaborates closely with Bill on vision and direction while leading client relationships, project coordination, and execution.

Together, Bill and Barbara are equal managing partners whose complementary strengths and close collaboration deliver thoughtful, cohesive residential transformations. DeNovo Home Renovation is a member of the World Design Organization.
